Directors' Shareholdings
Hygea VCT plc announces that on 14 August 2007, AXA Self-Invested
Pension Plan purchased 35,000 ordinary shares at a cost of 30 pence
per share on behalf of Mr John Hustler, a director of the Company.
Mr Hustler is now interested in 50,000 ordinary shares, representing
0.66% per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
