Appointment of Company Secretary

Appointment: Neil Damian Osmond joins as Company Secretary

The Company,  has appointed Neil Damian Osmond as Company Secretary with effect 
from 30 June 2006. Neil, aged 36, takes over responsibilities from Eversecretary
Limited.

Neil is a qualified solicitor and currently works as in-house legal counsel to 
Octopus Asset Management Limited, the Company's Fund Manager.
