      Issue of £225 million fixed rate Bonds due 2024

The  terms  for  the above Bonds have been  finalised.  The
Coupon  has  been set at 6.75 per cent. per annum  and  the
Issue Price at 98.437 per cent. to give an effective yield  to
investors  of  6.884 per cent semi-annual. Interest  will  be
payable semi-annually in arrear.
