current share capital of the Company, as follows:

CUIM Nominee Ltd - 3,125,467
RBSTB Nominees Ltd - 207,871

Total 12,403,323

Morley Fund Management Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) no longer have a
notifiable interest in the shares and also CGNU plc no longer have a
notifiable interest in the shares.
