Investment Management Limited (Legal & General) that Legal & General have
increased their interest to 12,507,374 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the
Company, representing a current interest of 3.02% in the issued share capital
of the Company.

We are advised that this aggregate holding of 3.02% is as follows:
