CANCELLATION OF £200 MILLION 5.50 PER CENT NOTES DUE 2018 ("THE NOTES")

Further to the announcement on 31 May 2017 made by SEGRO plc (the "Company") relating to the Company's redemption of the Notes, the Company announces that the listing of the Notes on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the admission of the Notes to trading on the Regulated Market of the London Stock Exchange plc has been cancelled with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today.
