SEGRO plc

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for a total of 375,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("shares") to be admitted to the Official List. 

These shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the following scheme:

Scheme	Shares
SEGRO plc Share Incentive Plan	170,000
SEGRO plc Savings-related Share Option Scheme	205,000

Admission of the shares is expected on 11 May 2016.

These shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
