On 29 March 2018, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 158.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 11,852,356 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 110,446,792 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
