On 4 July 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 5,000 ordinary shares at a price of 146.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,087,321 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,211,827 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
