On 16 June 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 666 ordinary shares at a price of 133.50p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,068,634 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,230,514 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
