On 12 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 19,498 ordinary shares at a price of 122.25p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 6,972,682 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,326,466 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
