Transaction in own shares - 3 March, 2016

On 2 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 24,012 ordinary shares at a price of 130.66p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,609,457 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 114,689,691 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
