On 1 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 2,876 ordinary shares at a price of 130.52p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 7,585,445 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 114,713,703 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
