On 3 February 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 16,484 ordinary shares at a price of 123.17p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 6,787,725 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 115,511,423 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
