On 22 July 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 529 ordinary shares at a price of 152p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 10,122,286 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,176,862 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
