On 22 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 97,250 ordinary shares at a price of 134.16p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,035,925 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,263,223 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
