On 19 April 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 69,874 ordinary shares at a price of 138.50p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 9,697,742 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 112,601,406 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
