On 30 November 2015, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 10,000 ordinary shares at a price of 128p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 5,666,998 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 116,632,150 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
