On 18 March 2016, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 22,500 ordinary shares at a price of 133p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 8,838,064 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 113,461,084 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
