On 21 April 2015, Securities Trust of Scotland plc bought back 15,000 ordinary shares at a price of 145.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Securities Trust of Scotland plc holds 1,936,771 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 120,362,377 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
