Results of Annual General Meeting

The Board announces that at the Annual General Meeting held at 12:30pm today, Tuesday 17 September 2019 at Saltire Court, 20 Castle Terrace, Edinburgh EH1 2ES, the Ordinary Resolutions numbered 1 to 10 and the Special Resolutions 11 and 12, as set out in the Notice of Meeting with the 2019 Annual Report, were passed on a show of hands. 

The total number of proxy votes cast in relation to each Resolution was as follows:
