AGM Results

At the Annual General Meeting of Securities Trust of Scotland plc held on 20 July 2010, all resolutions were duly passed.

All special resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting have been lodged with the UK Listing Authority. Board Changes

Anita Frew has announced her retirement from the board with effect from 20 July 2010.

Rachel Beagles has been appointed to the board as a non-executive director with effect from 20 July 2010.
