Change of name

Further to the announcement of 22 July 2016, the Company is pleased to announce that with effect from 8.00am today it has changed its name from GLI Alternative Finance plc to The SME Loan Fund plc and has commenced trading under the new trading instrument display mnemonic (TIDM), "SMEF".

The Company's website has also changed from www.glialternativefinance.com to www.thesmeloanfund.com.  All other details remain unchanged.
