Aisi Realty Public Limited (AIM:AISI) was informed on 10 January 2012 that following the issuance of 5,135,000 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") that were admitted to trading on AIM on 9 January 2012, FMR LLC remained beneficially interested in 228,652 Ordinary Shares equating to 2.46 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.

Similarly, on 11 January 2012, the Company was informed that Lansdowne Partners Limited remained beneficially interested in 546,226 Ordinary Shares equating to 5.89 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
