                                Grant of Options

Further to the announcement of 16 October 2007 regarding Dr Franz Hoerhager's
appointment as a non-executive director of Aisi, the Company would like to
announce that Dr. Hoerhager has been granted 182,927 options to subscribe for
ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') as part of his
remuneration. Of these, 121,929 options will be exercisable immediately at an
exercise price of 40p per Ordinary Share and the remaining 60,988 options will
be exercisable in twelve months at an exercise price 25 per cent. above the
initial exercise price.
