The company has today been notified pursuant to Sections 198-202 of the
Companies Act 1985 (As amended by the Companies Act 1989) that Framlington
Investment Management is interested in a total of 6,200,759 Ordinary shares
which they understand to represent 11.27% of the company's issued share capital.
