The Company has today been notified pursuant to Sections 198-202 of the
Companies Act 1985 (As amended by the Companies Act 1989) that FMR Corp. and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries and Fidelity International Limited and its
direct and indirect subsidiaries both being non-beneficial holdings, is
interested in a total of 1,771,712 Ordinary shares which they understand to
represent 3.22% of the company's issued share capital.
