The Company has today been notified that Peter Collins exercised his remaining
option over a total of 155,067 Ordinary shares on 2nd January 2004, being his
entitlement from the RBC Trust, at a fixed price of 50p. These shares were
allotted and issued to the RBC Trust on 2nd June 2003 and already form part of
the Company's issued share capital.

Following the acquisition of these shares his resultant holding is 364,245
Ordinary shares representing 0.92% of the Company's issued share capital.
