Hemisphere) of the Company, sold 8,887 ordinary shares of 10p each in the
Company at a price of $7.00 (£3.48).


The Company was also informed that Roy Martin, Eastern Hemisphere Director of
the Company, sold 10,000 shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of £3.42.
