SEEIT announces that on 21 April 2023 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each on the London Stock Exchange through Jefferies International Limited.

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

           

Following the purchase and settlement of these shares, the Company's total issued share capital will comprise of 1,108,709,053 Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each. This figure includes 4,168,002 Ordinary Shares held in treasury, leaving a balance of 1,104,541,051 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.

 

The total voting rights figure of 1,104,541,051 may be used by shareholders for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest in, or a change to their major interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
