Publication of Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust plc ("SEEIT" or the "Company") confirms that its annual report and audited financial statements for the period ending 31 March 2019 (the "2019 Annual Report") is now available to view and download from the Company's website at www.sdcleeit.com. A copy of the 2019 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.

Those shareholders who have previously requested communications in paper format have been mailed a copy of the Annual Report and Audited Financial Statements.

SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust is the first listed company of its kind to invest exclusively in the energy efficiency sector. SEEIT raised £100 million gross proceeds in its London Stock Exchange IPO in December 2018, followed by an additional Placing of £72 million gross proceeds on the 16^th April 2019. The Company acquired its seed portfolio in December 2018 for a total cash commitment of £87 million and made its first investment in the USA in March 2019.
