                       APPOINTMENT OF INVESTMENT MANAGER

The Company announces that Sonja Schemmann will be taking responsibility within
Schroders, for the investment management of the Company's equity portfolio with
immediate effect. Ms Schemmann joined Schroders in 2005 and is a senior
portfolio manager specialising in equity income portfolio management. Prior to
joining Schroders, Ms Schemmann worked for DWS Investment GmbH where she was a
senior fund manager in the global equity team.
