The Company announces that Ben Whitmore will be taking responsibility within
Schroder Investment Management Limited's UK team, for the investment management
of the Company's equity portfolio with immediate effect. Ben joined Schroder
Investment Management Limited in 1994 and has 9 years' experience in the
investment management industry.
