The issuer advises that the dividend payment date stated within the year end
Preliminary Announcement released on 18th October 2001 under RNS number 8337L
was incorrectly stated as 21st January 2002. Please note the dividend will be
paid on 28th January 2002, subject to shareholder approval being received at
the AGM to be held on 24th January 2002.

All other details remain unchanged.
