SAINTS hereby gives notification that Mr DJW Price, a non-executive director of
the Company, is also a non-executive director of Melchior Japan Investment Trust
Plc which was admitted to the official list of the Financial Services Authority
and to trading on the London Stock Exchange on 3 April 2006.
