THE SCOTTISH AMERICAN INVESTMENT COMPANY PLC
The Directors of The Scottish American Investment Company PLC (SAINTS) have
declared a first quarterly dividend in respect of the year to 31st December
2000 of 1.38p per Ordinary share payable on 3rd July 2000 to shareholders
registered on 26th May 2000. This is the same rate as the final dividend for
1999.
