Final Dividend for 2022

 

 

As announced in SAINTS' Final Results for the year ended 31 December 2022, the Board of SAINTS has declared a final dividend of 3.67p per ordinary share in respect of the year to 31 December 2022. The dividend is payable on 13 April 2023 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 3 March 2023. The ex-dividend date is 2 March 2023. The Company operates a Dividend Reinvestment Plan and the final date for elections for reinvestment of this dividend is 21 March 2023.
