Mr William Berry (a Director) notified the Company by letter dated 27th July
1999 that he became aware on 26th July 1999 that a Trust of which he is a
trustee with no beneficial interest sold 25,000 Ordinary shares in the Company
on 22nd July 1999. Mr Berry was not consulted as a trustee.
