Further to the adoption of the Investing Policy as announced on 17 July 2009, the Company's name has changed to Solo Oil PLC (AIM: SOLO) and trading in the shares under the new name will commence on August 17, 2009.  The new website which contains the information required under AIM Rule 26 is available at: www.solooil.co.uk .
