Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 11 May 2018 the Company issued 16,667 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,015,027.  The Company holds 2,047,008 shares in treasury.
