Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 28 March 2018 the Company issued 20,833 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 39,994,193.  The Company holds 2,067,842 shares in treasury.
