Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 24 April 2018 the Company issued 4,167 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 39,998,360.  The Company holds 2,063,675 shares in treasury.
