Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 12 May 2017 the Company issued 10,000 treasury shares at a price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 39,362,961.  The Company holds 2,699,074 shares in treasury.
