Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 3 April 2017 the Company issued 16,667 treasury shares at a price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 39,352,961.  The Company holds 2,709,074 shares in treasury.
