Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 13 March 2017 the Company issued 7,500 treasury shares at an average price of 70.33 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 39,336,294.  The Company holds 2,725,741 shares in treasury.
