Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 16 September 2016 the Company issued 3,333 treasury shares at a price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 39,977,128.  The Company holds 2,084,907 shares in treasury.
