Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 11 March 2016 the Company issued 94,500 treasury shares at a price of 86.0 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 41,154,506. Sagentia holds 907,529 shares in treasury.
