Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that today the Company issued 155,000 treasury shares at an average price of 75.3 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 38,494,948. Sagentia holds 3,567,087 shares in treasury.
