Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 2 September 2013, the Company issued 12,500 treasury shares in settlement of the exercise of share options.  The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 37,888,230. Sagentia holds 4,153,805 in treasury.
