Notice of Preliminary Results

Sagentia Group plc (AIM:SAG), the international technology consulting company which provides outsourced R&D consultancy services, announces that the Group will be issuing its Preliminary Results for the year ended 31 December 2011 on Monday 5 March 2012.

Further to the Trading Update issued on 12 December 2011, the Board anticipates that, subject to audit, profit will be in line with previously upgraded market expectations.
